Borgata Casino to Host Several Poker Tournaments in New Jersey this Spring

Poker players in New Jersey will be excited to hear that the Borgata Casino offers many tournament options this spring. Kicking off in April, the casino will feature daily events with affordable buy-ins plus additional series options with added value. Easily take part in a tournament each day with special events also on the poker schedule.

Each day during April, players have access to tournament options. These events will last only one day and have a starting buy-in of $150. This option allows travelers to experience a poker tournament without needing multiple days of action. On the high end, players can compete for $560, which is still affordable for some players.

The events will run from 11 am until 6 pm, Monday to Friday. On the low end, players can compete in the NLH Big Stack on Mondays. This event provides a 25,000 starting chip stack and will kick off at 11 am each Monday.

For a higher buy-in, there is the NLH Survivor Bounty. This tournament takes place later in the evening at 6 pm. It has a buy-in of $230 and runs on Wednesdays. The schedule of daily tournaments is subject to change and may have varying buy-ins depending on the day of the week.

If you are visiting NJ Casinos in Atlantic City in a few weeks, be sure to hit up the Borgata. The casino will start Survivor Series Week on April 12 and will offer a special easter event April 14-15. For Survivor Series, players can compete through April 21 and participate in five events.

The buy-ins are affordable, starting at $125 and going up to $450. With this type of event, the prize pool is split once the players finish in the money. It’s a unique concept and ensures you earn a payday if you miss the bubble.

The casino features a big weekend with a $60,000 prize pool event for the Easter holiday. On April 14-15, players can compete at the poker table for a chance to earn prizes, with two $5,000 pots up for grabs.

Every thirty minutes, the high-hand winner can pick a Mystery Easter Egg. The egg will provide a cash prize to the individual. Additional prizes ranging from $250 to $3,000 are also up for grabs. This is the second way players can earn prizes besides winning poker hands.

BetMGM and Borgata Casino have teamed up for the Almighty Million, and this month, players can compete online for packages to attend. Starting on April 23, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan players can compete in satellites to earn a poker package.

The Almighty Million will occur at the Borgata Poker room from May 7-13. The tournament will offer $1 million in prizes. Players will receive 100,000 poker chips, with Day 1 flights running May 7-10. Once the field has been narrowed down, the players that still have chips will move on to Day 2.
