Like other online options available from the FanDuel Group, the online casino will be available via web browser and players can access it on their mobile devices using mobile apps designed for iOS and Android devices.
Betfair casino customers won’t have to sign up to the platform again and will be able to login using their existing details. The FanDuel Casino app is already live in New Jersey which gives the Stardust app some marketing advantage over some new brands targeting to take to the market in 2021.
Stardust is already a familiar name in the casino industry, at least for those that visited Las Vegas while it was live and operating decades ago.
Launching a rebranded product in the nation’s most competitive online casino market is not a surprising move and it operating under the FanDuel Group means it won’t have to go through any of the usual hassles most new brands go through when trying to build a customer base.
Amy Howe, president of FanDuel Group says that the new Stardust Casino will still give customers that love Betfair Casino a taste of the old platform by retaining all their favorite games. However, the rebranded casino will incorporate “a new stylish look that captures the glitz, glamour, and nostalgia of old Las Vegas.”
“Stardust Casino allows us to take a market-leading product to the next level, creating a unified platform across New Jersey and Pennsylvania and integrating Boyd Gaming’s B Connected player loyalty program to provide even more value to our customers,” said Howe.
The Stardust Casino will be launched on FanDuel’s front-end, apps, and make use of its player account management system. This is just as expected considering it’s been built on a previous casino site rather than from scratch. This means players won’t have to worry about lags or problems with mobile compatibility as the new site brings all the pros of the previous Betfair Casino to an even better interface.
While the press release did not give details as to the number of titles that will go live with the launch of the casino, players can already expect better than what they were offered with the previous brand. Some expected games include:

- Roulette
- Blackjack
- Baccarat
- Video poker
- Live dealer
Players can also trust in the security and safety of the site. The platform features all the security protocols as with other FanDuel offerings. Also, they can securely withdraw their earnings at any time (as long as it meets the minimum withdrawal requirement).
As usual, Responsible gaming concerns will be addressed in the Stardust app as it features numerous account protections. With all the hype around the Stardust Casino launch, players can’t wait till April to place their bets.
